Vermentino di Sardegna by Cantina Nuraghe Crabioni is a doc white winefrom the historical, native Sardinian grape variety. It is in fact obtained by100% vermentino grapes, with manual and soft pressing, long stop of the wine on the yeasts, periodically put back in suspension until bottling. With a straw-yellow colour and greenish brushstrokes, DOC Vermentino di Sardegna Crabioni has an intense aroma with sweet tones of exotic fruit, shades of magnolia, elderberry and almond husk. This dry white wine, initially opens with a pleasant sensation of well-balanced freshness, then becoming soft with a long and clean finish. It’s a classic fish wine.
