Nurà DOC white wine by Agricola Soi is made from 100% Nuragus, one of the oldest grapes of Sardinia. Nurà is the first Nuragus wine to be bottled in the namesake village. Cultivated on calcareous soils, after a modern steel vinification it rests for some months in terracotta amphorae. It fascinates for its great elegance and aromatic complexity, resulting from the combination of vine-land, and has an unusual flavuor greatly balanced with acidity. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, Nurà white wine by Agricola Soi has an olfactory profile where are recognized notes of helichrysum and asphodel, typical of the Mediterranean scrub surrounding the vineyards.
