IThe selection of carasau, whole-wheat carasau and guttiau breads by Coda di Lupo Agricultural Estate includes three variations of the Sardinian traditional bread. Stone-ground Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flours are the main ingredients of these carasau breads, in addition with natural mother yeast and a traditional wood oven. The three variants are the classic carasau bread, with semolina and flour flower; whole-wheat carasau bread, with whole-wheat flour and semolina; and guttiau bread, a classic carasau seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and salt, cooked in the once again.
