"Sa Guspinesa" Knife

Sa Guspinesa is a switchblade knife by Non Solo Coltelli di Efisio Spiga whose origin dates back to Giolitti's first decree. The handicraft knife is a typical “mozzetta”, and consists of a stainless steel cropped blade attached to a precious mutton or buffalo horn handle through a brass or steel ring. The knife, realized with patience and passion, comes from a long tradition that speaks the language of the pastoral agrarian world of Sardinian countryside and mountains.
