The Blanche of the Alvure Brewery is a top fermentation beer, with a good amount of wheat that gives it a veiled, opalescent blond aspect typical of the Belgian style. The foam is white and not very persistent. At the olfactory level there is a floral and citrus explosion, like that of the orange blossom. The right olfactory and gustatory balance gives the beer a particular freshness, with citrus, spicy and floral notes. The Blanche of the Alvure Brewery is suitable for an aperitif or to accompany white meats or fish.
