PURPOSE OF THE DATA TREATMENT
Sending, by e-mail, the informative communications ("Newsletter") of the products and/or services available on the web site to those who explicitly request it, by entering your own e-mail address in the dedicated data collection form. Registration will allow the Owner to manage information and to answer to your requests, including cancellation.


LEGAL BASIS OF THE DATA PROCESSING
Execution of the contract of which the interested party is part of.


 STORAGE PERIOD
The collected data will be kept until you ask to unsubscribe from the newsletter service. Once this term has elapsed, this will be destroyed or anonymized compatibly with the technical cancellation and backup procedures.


DATA PROVISION
Pursuant to art. 13, co. 2, lett. e) of EU Regulation 679/16, we inform you that the provision of the e-mail address for the aforementioned purpose is mandatory, therefore any refusal to provide it makes impossible to send you the Newsletter.


CANCELLATION FROM THE SERVICE
In order to stop receiving the newsletter, you can log into your account, click on "edit" in the "Newsletter subscription" section, remove the flag:  "You are subscribed to the newsletter" box and press the "Save" button. You will receive a communication of the unsubscription. Alternatively, you can contact the Data Controller at any time writing an e-mail to [email protected].


RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Data can be communicated to subjects operating as owners (such as, for example, supervisory and control authorities and any public entity entitled to request data) or processed, on behalf of the Owner, by subjects designated as Managers, to whom adequate operating instructions are given (such as, for example, companies that perform the management and / or maintenance service of the Data Controller's websites and information systems; companies that offer e-mail sending services).


SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO TREATMENT
Data may be processed by employees belonging to the company departments responsible for the aforementioned purposes, who have been expressly authorized to process and who have received adequate operating instructions.


DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS - COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Contacting the Data Controller by e-mail at [email protected], the interested parties can ask to access to the their data, their cancellation, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete ones, the limitation of treatment in the cases provided by art. 18 of EU Regulation 679/16.
Furthermore, the interested parties, if the processing is based on the contract and is carried out with automated tools, can request the portability of their data and receive them in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another owner without impediments.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State where they usually live or work or in the State in which the alleged violation occurred.
