L’Antico Mulino was born in Burcei, south of Sardinia, in 2017. Initially a pastry bakery, from 2019 it mainly produces traditional confectionery. "We deal with fresh pastries and cakes, but L'Antico Mulino is known above all for its Sardinian sweets.” The business follows the recipes that passed down from generation to generation. “My mom learned this art from her paternal grandmother and her mother-in-law -my grandmother- who were both very good at it. We follow ancient recipes in a traditional and artisanal way, using fresh and genuine local products. We like to bring back old flavors using a touch of originality and innovation.”
