In 1986, two people, a 40 square metre workshop and a small means of transport. In 2021, 35 years later, 14 employees and 8 external collaborators, 1,000 square metres of state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to the production of whole and ground mullet and tuna botargo. From a micro enterprise, Mediterranea Conserve Alimentari, licensee of the Rocca brand, has developed over the years, growing professionally and technologically, until today it is among the most important national and international leaders in the production and marketing of mullet and tuna botargo. Starting from the historic Marina district of Cagliari, the company has entered Europe and the world.
