Famiglia Orro presents the new product, the sparkling wine Bebè, obtained thanks to an ancestral vinification, where the must at the end of fermentation is bottled to close its path and give the right degree of sparklingness. With the yeasts in suspension, the scents are more varied, the citrine note is transformed into a clotted note and the fruit is supported by a floral note of yellow flowers, with hints of nuts such as walnut husk. The Bebè can be combined with structured dishes, thanks to the freshness that makes it unexpectedly long-lasting.
