The red wine Eclisse by La Piccola Cantina by Andrea Taris is a Carignano del Sulcis DOC obtained from sapling-trained vines in sandy soils a few meters from the sea. The wine has a ruby red color with delicate and intense aromas. Its short passage in oak barriques makes it complex and elegant. Present aromas of red fruits, notes of Mediterranean scrub and black cherry jam. On the palate it is warm, soft and broad, with ripe tannins that make it balanced and harmonious. The finish is long and persistent. To be combined with grilled roasted meat and game.
