The pure saffron in stigmas produced by Zafferano Cortis is pure saffron from Villanofranca, a precious and extremely versatile spice. Saffron, also known as "red gold", is harvested strictly by hand and processed with a lot of hand labour. The stigmas, toasted, maintain intact all the spice's properties.
