Audarya's Cannonuau DOC(Controlled designation of origin) is made from 100% Sardinian Cannonau grapes. The winemaking of these hand-picked grapes is obtained with a long fermentation and maceration for about 30 days at controlled temperature. Intense ruby red in color, it is slightly spicy with hints of very ripe red fruit at the nose. With a well-structured, warm and persistent flavour, Audarya’s Cannonau goes well with cured meats, first courses with tasty condiments, Sardinian Pecorino cheese with medium or long matured, roast pig or lamb with myrtle and juniper berries, beef with sauce and wine.
