Below, there reports the information that PBM may process through the Web Site, within the limits of the purposes and methods described in this Statement, and which may be considered as personal data ("Personal Data") pursuant to the Applicable Regulation.

The information may also be communicated whenever it may be necessary to fulfill the requests of the Judicial or Public Security Authorities. Collected Personal Data will not be disclosed in any case.
Data retention period (determination criteria)
Making exception for the Personal Data provided voluntarily by the user and for which specific Information will be provided, the information concerning the navigation will be kept for a maximum of three months after their collection and subsequently made anonymous for the statistical purposes of the visited pages; an exception will be made in case the data must be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Site: if this occurs the information will be kept available to the Authority for the time necessary to guarantee PBM to exercise its own right to defend.
Rights of interested parties
Interested parties have the right to obtain from PBM, in the provided cases, access to their personal data and the correction , the cancellation of the same, the limitation of their treatment or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and others of the Regulations).
