Data retention period (determination criteria)

Making exception for the Personal Data provided voluntarily by the user and for which specific Information will be provided, the information concerning the navigation will be kept for a maximum of three months after their collection and subsequently made anonymous for the statistical purposes of the visited pages; an exception will be made in case the data must be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Site: if this occurs the information will be kept available to the Authority for the time necessary to guarantee PBM to exercise its own right to defend.

 

Rights of interested parties
