Where do the products come from?

All products in Sardinia eCommerce showcases will be shipped from their site of production directly to the delivery address you indicated. In fact, the marketplace does not use aseptic warehouses to send the purchased products, but it’s simply the virtual intermediary between you and the top Sardinian Manufacturers. Each package simply travels from the Manufacturer to You.

How can I find out the place of origin of each product?


All Sardinia eCommerce products indicate their production site in their own manufacturer page. It is possible to visualize the Manufacturer page by clicking on their name under each product’s title, and you will get to know the story and the style of each Sardinian company that is present in the marketplace. The origin of products is also shown among the major search filters made by Sardinia eCommerce, and allows you to choose what you want to buy based on the production site.

Remember that Sardinia eCommerce is the structure you surf, but your purchases come directly from the company that produces them. So that you will always receive, by email, as many confirmations as the manufacturers from which you purchased.


How can I track the shipment?

When the Manufacturer will give the package to the courier, will also send you an email which, other than recalling the details of your purchase, will also include a direct link to track your package to destination.

When will my package arrive?


From the date of the courier parcel’s delivery, your shipment will arrive in within 2-5 working days. To get more precise information, monitor the parcel through the tracking code received via email.

Why did I receive my purchases at different times?

Sardinia eCommerce is much more than an ecommerce: it’s a marketplace! This means that to every manufacturer corresponds a showcase or a virtual shop inside the online shopping mall. Remember that Sardinia eCommerce is the structure you surf, but your purchases come directly from the company that produces them. You will thus have the additional advantage of receiving the best quality products from Sardinia directly from the producer, without intermediaries! Each company will manage your order and its shipment at different times, so the packages will also arrive at their destination at different times.

How can I request a return or a refund?

Sardinia eCommerce only operates with excellent and reliable Manufacturers. Nevertheless, whether you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you received a damaged item during shipping, or simply changed your mind and decided to return the package you just received, Sardinia eCommerce allows you to start a quick and easy request. Just send an email to [email protected] indicating your order number and the reasons why you are requesting a return/refund.

When am I entitled to a return or refund?

For Sardinia eCommerce and all its manufacturers the buyer's satisfaction is everything! For this reason, we warrant that, as stated in the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumatore), your right to claim a return or refund may take place until the 14th day after the reception of the package.
Please note that, in case of return, the shipping costs will be on you.


When I am not anymore allowed to request a return or a refund?

Once the 14 days from the package delivery date have expired, the right of withdrawal (Return or Refund) exercised on the Manufacturer will also expire. Moreover, Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) totally excludes the right of withdrawal (allowing just the refund) for the following categories of merchandise that are present in the marketplace:

• customized or tailor-made goods;

• perishable goods;

• goods that, for safety or health reasons, can not be returned after their opening;

• alcoholic beverages whose price is linked to market fluctuations and whose delivery can not take place before 30 days from the shipment.

The product I received does not correspond to my purchase. How can I exchange it?
