Pedra Scritta by Cantine Antigori is a red wine from Carignano, Bovale e Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, a red grape variety that finds the best conditions in the south of our island. Intense ruby red color, with maturation it becomes purplish red. The nose is intense, complex, with fruity hints of ripe red fruits. On the palate the wine is dry and structured. Its full, intense taste is characterized by an elegant tannin. The good acidity and the marked sapidity give this wine an important persistence. Pedra Scritta goes perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses or fatty fish such as eels or tuna.
