The wild fennel liqueur of Gitri Liquori is prepared with fennel harvested in areas where growth is spontaneous, the most uncontaminated, and then subjected to a careful selection in the laboratory, after which it is macerated in alcohol for the time necessary to ensure all scents and aromas are released. The infusion thus obtained is mixed with a syrup of water and sugar and, after a period of rest, bottled. Gitri fennel liqueur, very light green in color, is balanced in its various components. Delicious served cold after a meal as a digestive.
