The mandarinetto of Gitri Liquori is a liqueur prepared with chemically untreated mandarins. The mandarins are harvested, carefully selected and left to macerate in alcohol for the time necessary for all the aromas and aromas to be released. The infusion thus obtained is mixed with a syrup of water and sugar and, after a period of rest, bottled. The Gitri mandarin, very light in color, is balanced in its various components.
