The Mirto Myrsine Selection of Myrsine Liquori follows traditional recipes but with an international character. Deep purple in color, it has an aroma that evokes myths, stories and legends of our beloved Sardinia. Myrsine myrtle is Myrsine's liqueur par excellence, it is obtained from the hydroalcoholic fusion of small and dark wild myrtle berries, and represents one of the tastiest and most fragrant symbols of Sardinia. Its sweetness with an intense and aromatic character, its shady color like the fronds of the shrub from which it originates and at times brilliant like the sun's rays, make it the perfect after-meal procession, especially if consumed at a pleasantly cold temperature. The formation of a light suspension of essential oils in the product is an indication of naturalness. Myrsine is the winner of the Italy Food Award 2022/23 in the liqueur category.
