Monica’s grappa is produced by Eredi Luigi Poscia using national marc coming from monica’s grape vines. The pleasure passes from the time of distillation to that of tasting, coming out of the bottle and entering into the soul. The bright white reflects the sweetness of foods and thoughts that it skillfully accompanies. An aromatic bouquet full of raisin fragrances awakens the flavor, until it becomes as enveloping as a hand that gently gathers a ripe bunch.
