MONOCULTIVAR BOSANA EVO OIL - 6 x 500 ML BOTTLE

The monocultivar Bosana evo oil by Poderi Oliva is extracted from the native cultivar olives of the Alghero area. It is a 100% Bosana extra virgin olive oil, which preserves the tradition and the scents of the Nurra. From these olives comes an oil rich in polyphenols, medium-intense fruity, with the typical taste of fresh olives and freshly mown grass with sensations of artichoke. It has harmonious and well balanced notes of spicy and bitter. This oil received the L'Orcio d'Oro 2020 award at the XXIX International Extravirgin Olive Oil Competition.
