Chrysos extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the Nera di Villacidro and Bosana varieties, harvested at the beginning of veraison, ground within ten hours and stored in our laboratory. The oil is now ready to be packaged and shipped to your tables. An oil with an intense character, with bitter and spicy immediately present with nuances of artichoke, unripe apple and freshly mown grass. A balanced gustatory union.
