Pastificio Sa Panada offers a Trio of di Panadas, an assortment of its three types of panadas: pork, vegan artichokes and potatoes and vegan mixed vegetables. Panada is a typical Sardinian product, originating in the territory of Oschiri, in the Sassarese region. It is a salty cake with a filling inserted raw. This filling is steamed during baking in the oven, inside the dumpling of pasta that contains it. The Trio of Panadas is ideal for a lunch in company and, if accompanied by a salad, are a complete meal.
