Lactose-free Pecorino

The Andrea Mura farm produces pecorino cheese by working exclusively with the company's milk. The cheese is made with raw milk, with great care and attention in the processes that lead from the raw material to the finished product. This product was designed and created for lactose intolerant people who do not want to give up the flavors of childhood and traditional products. In fact, cheese contains less than 0.01% lactose (according to analyzes by the milk analysis laboratory of the LAORE Agency). The cheese, after maturing for almost two months, has a white, slightly streaked texture and a thin rind.
