Ripe Provolone cheese

The 650 grams ripe provolone cheese by Potentina (Sarda Latticini Srl) is produced with selected Sardinian milk, rennet and salt and has from 45 to 60 days seasoning. Sarda Latticini srl has kept intact the traditional artisanal production processes, while making use of advanced tools and technologies, taking care of its products. The ripe provolone is an excellent product, as it is born in an area with a strong dairy tradition and is made using only with Sardinian milk, which contains unique aromas and perfumes.
