Su Coccu comes from a blend of native Sardinian vines, Bovale and Cannonau. Elegant and decisive wine, Su Coccu on the nose is intense and persistent, very Mediterranean. The small red fruits are well marked, accompanied by an elegant spiciness. In the mouth it has good structure, velvety tannins and almost perfect gustatory balance. It goes perfectly with meats and aged cheeses, but does not disdain a combination with quality fish such as roasted mullet or grouper.
