The Terrazzu red wine from La Piccola Cantina by Andrea Taris is an IGT obtained from vines of Carignano, trained with sapling and spurred cordon in clayey and skeletal soils in the countryside of the municipality of Santadi. Terrazzu has a ruby red color with fine, intense aromas, with aromas of red fruits and notes of cassis. On the palate it is warm and soft with a fresh, long and persistent finish. To be combined with appetizers of semi-cured cheeses and cured meats, pasta and fried meat.
