Sa Rositedda is a rosé wine obtained from Bovale and Syrah, with a pale pink color that recalls hints of unripe pomegranate and pink pepper to the nose, with a floral background of rose. The sip is lively and fresh, characterized by an excellent flavor but very balanced, with crunchy notes of fresh fruit and a mineral flint finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with Oristano specialties such as artichokes and bottarga, mussels and clams, grilled mullet or white meats. It also goes very well with ethnic cuisine.
