Binuforti was born in 2014 from the desire to make a dream come true, a dream encapsulated in decades of history and tradition. Ours is a small family-run production that has its roots in the territory of the island of Sant'Antioco, in the south-west of Sardinia. Our "heroic" vine boasts sixty years of history and long tradition. The grapes grow in the sandy soils of the Su Pranu plain, and are planted with free-range vines and cultivated with the Latin sapling system. The attention we pay to the care of the raw material is the essential prerequisite for a quality product, guaranteed by controlled production, the action of the prevailing winds and the influence of the sun.
