"Monte Margiani" is not just a mountain: it is our company, our home, to which we dedicate our lives. We produce olive oil, and the choice of organic comes from the desire to respect both environment and people. At the base of our family work are the passion for the field and our seriousness, and we intend to continue cultivating this vocation, passing it on to our children. Monte Margiani oil is obtained from the blend of our native cultivars: black of Villacidro, black of Gonnos, bosana and semidana. The olives are processed daily in a two and a half phase crusher, to obtain a fruity and balanced oil, which we keep in special silos until the moment of tasting by the most demanding palates.
