Il Vecchio Forno Sunalle (M.F.M) was founded in Fonni in 1996 by two women that want to produce carasau and guttiau bread, respecting the original recipes. The high quality of their products is the result of different elements: the careful selection of raw materials, the use of ancient local recipes, the collaboration of qualified staff and the constant control over the whole production process. The company has achieved important certifications such as IFS FOOD and the organic certification.
