Terracuza organic evo oil by Terracuza farm is a green, medium-intense, fruity organic oil. It is decidedly herbaceous, obtained from a selection of Bosana and Nera di Oliena cultivars. The harvest of the olives takes place by hand and immediately followed by cold pressing. Terracuza organic evo oil has flavors that evoke tomato, artichoke, almond and pear. It has medium-intensity bitter and spicy notes, which give elegance to their gradual expression on the palate. Excellent on ice cream, this extra virgin oil has received several awards: Leone Doro International Competition, Ercole Olivario, Biol International Prize, Gambero Rosso and Slow Food.
