The Molo A Vermentino by Pure Sardinia is a DOCG Superior Gallura's Vermentino. It is obtained selecting only Vermentino grapes from over 20 years old vineyards in the territory of Monti, north-east of Sardinia, Gallura. The soils of these vineyards are rich in minerals, which give longevity and aromatic complexity to the wine. The grapes are harvested manually, and are then processed a few hours later. Molo A vermentino, tasted cold, will enhance every fish based dish and will be the star of delicious aperitifs.
