Sa Crobi is a Vermentino vinified in purity, influenced in ripening by the proximity of the vineyards to the sea. With a full flavor and long persistence in the mouth as well as in the nose, Sa Crobi has hints of broom flower and yellow pulp fruits embellished with a memory of aromatic herbs. In the mouth the previous sensations return, balanced by a right flavor and a slightly bitter finish typical of Vermentino. Ideal with seafood dishes and fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
