With a color ranging from paper white to pale straw yellow, it has an intense, delicate and pleasant aroma and a dry, sour taste, with a slight bitter aftertaste. Tramuntana of Cantine Locci Zuddas is ideal for any aperitif, and goes well with all fish dishes.
