Celestial Wedding of the Franco Ledda Agricultural Company is a white IGT Valle del Tirso from a Vernaccia di Oristano grape variety. Straw yellow in color inlaid with greenish reflections, the nose is austere, yet simple in the clarity of the sensations; interesting notes of chamomile and broom blend with a carpet of spices. On the palate it is fine, not too voluminous but full and satisfying. Celestial wedding is ideal with appetizers and fried seafood, to try with grilled mullet, and for the more demanding with risotto and partridge.
