The Carignano Bio wine by Cantine Antigori comes from pure Carignano grapes harvested by hand. The vinification takes place after a medium-long maceration in steel vats, suitable for extracting the noble components from the skins. Ruby red in color, it is a territorial wine that enhances the aromas of myrtle berries and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate a strong alcoholic component stands out, accompanied by a nice juicy and refreshing fruitiness. It goes perfectly with roasted fish, such as tuna or, as per tradition, with red and stewed meats.
