Esse Liquori e Sapori is a small artisanal enterprise born in 2022 from a passion for the products of our land. The land, its growers, the sun, the sea and the wind make the fruits of our island delicious and unique. We put all our commitment and passion to use them in the best way, combining tradition and innovation. We use ginger, even if it is not a local product, because today it is also grown in Sardinia with eco-sustainable projects, guaranteeing a short supply chain and without the use of agro-pharmaceuticals. The Esse Liquori e Sapori project started with a ginger liqueur grown in Sardinia and one of myrtle and orange, and will evolve with other liqueurs and flavored salts.
