Cantina Genna Manna is located in the historic center of Laconi, an Orange Flag Municipality (recognition of environmental and tourist quality) among the villages of excellence in Italy. Genna Manna ("large door") owes its name to the carved stone entrance portal of a XVI Century Christian chapel. In 2013, the current Literary Cellar was born with the aim of producing high quality wines at fair prices and enhancing the native vines of Sardinia. The winery has obtained two prestigious national prizes: the gold medal at the BINU National Awards, and the four gold stars in the national competition of Italian Good Wines and Italian Touring Club.
