Gnam Gnam pastry shop was born in 2003 in Senorbì, a small town in the heart of Trexenta, by the will of the spouses Jessica and Germano. The couple took its first steps in an artisan workshop, with the production of fresh and dry pastries for local shopkeepers. Later, Jessica and Germano enlarged the business by opening their retail store and advertising their products, created only with local raw materials worked with the ancient and traditional local recipes. In 2010, Jessica and Germano integrated the cafeteria and bakery services in a modern and welcoming place. What has never changed is Gnam Gnam's way of being, always in the sign of quality and artisanship, with traditional products prepared with love and dedication.
