"S'Arzola" (that means farmyard in Sardinian language) was founded in 1997, in a small laboratory with a bakery shop located in Nuoro. After some years they moved to a bigger place in Prato Sardo, because of the growing requests of their excellent product. S'Arzola produces the well-known "Pane di Desulo" (bread from Desulo), a traditional soft and flat bread.
