Parèda Doc - Mandrolisai by Cantina Meana is a red wine produced from autochthonous Mandrolisai grapes, with manual harvesting. With intense ruby red colour and light garnet reflections visible with ageing, it has a wide and persistent bouquet, with hints of ripe fruit and notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Parèda has a great, harmonious and balanced structure, it also has a good persistence taste-olfactory.
The Cantina Meana’s Parèda DOC goes well with complex dishes such as roast meats and mature cheeses.
