Red tuna buzzonaglia in olive oil

Althunnus Tonnare Sulcitane presents its bluefin tuna buzzonaglia. Buzzonaglia is made up of parts of the fillet in contact with the central bone, a part with an intense flavor and dark colour, much appreciated above all for its softness. Directly from the tuna nets of Capo Altano, in the heart of the Sulcis Iglesiente coast, Althunnus Tonnare Sulcitane prepares the pickled oil dedicated to our history in an artisanal way, offering a traced and certified product and remaining faithful to the pillars of its philosophy: freshness and quality. For maturation and conservation, Althunnus uses oil from the San Giuliano company in Alghero. Product traced and certified by the appropriate BCD document.
