Corsa’s red tuna is produced by Solky Affumicati in Sant'Antioco, one of the oldest cities in the Western Mediterranean. It is obtained by fishing bluefin (thonnus thynnus) tuna with lures and longlines, and then processing it by hands and time, combining it with the best olive oil and sea salt crystals that guard the strong taste of the sea depths.
