Wildflower honey

Casa Bonaria produces wildflower honey. Sardinian Millefiori is typically Mediterranean scrub honey, therefore produced from the flowers of the most widespread spontaneous plants on the island, such as heather, asphodel, thistles and rosemary. An excellent mix that makes it different from the Millefiori produced in other regions. Its flavor varies according to the season of production and the plants from which the bees collect the nectar. It will be spicier if the bees have collected more nectar from thistles or sweeter if they have flown more around lavender flowers. Millefiori. It is the most versatile honey in the kitchen thanks to its strong floral notes which make it an excellent companion in various sweet and savory dishes.
