"Casa Bonaria is a farm that was born in 2018 in the hinterland of Pula, in the natural reserve of Gutturu Mannu, an area characterized by landscapes and scents of the Mediterranean maquis that blend with the saltiness and the scent of the sea. Our farm is characterized by its organic footprint (awaiting its certification), our olive trees are treated only with organic and natural products so as not to affect the quality of the oil and preserve the life of the bees. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to ensure a quality oil. The biodiversity of the Mediterranean scrub around us allows for a very wide quality and variety of monofloral honeys. Myrtle is produced through the infusion of the berries. Since 2022 we have been offering natural citrus cosmetic products made with our own exclusive formula."
