Casa Bonaria extra virgin olive oil is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids. Our olives are harvested directly from the tree at the beginning of the ripening phase and rigorously selected to be processed in a latest generation system with a continuous cold cycle. This is how an oil with a unique color and flavor is born, obtained in purity from a variety of olives typical of our island: the Tonda di Cagliari, the Bosana and the Semidana.
