The 75 cl version of Riserva del Produttore Oil is an excellence by Accademia Olearia: it has been awarded with the "Corona Maestro d'olio 2017" prize and with the "Great Distinction Orciolo d'Oro 2016" prize. Riserva del Produttore is an extra virgin olive oil made with an accurate selection of green olives, combined with cold processing, which takes place contextually with the harvest. The result is a well structured product that has a very clear olive scent, a fruity, green, fresh and pungent taste, artichoke and thistle hints and strong, bitter and spicy notes, which sinuously please the palate.
