Description
The Pantumas white wine by Cantina Lilliu is a white wine made from 100% Cannonau red grapes, from synergistic agriculture applied to the vineyard in aridoculture. Pantumas has a light golden colour like onion skin, it is fruity, floral, fresh, mineral with a very persistent aftertaste. Cantina Lilliu's Pantumas goes perfectly with raw mussels and molluscs, dried mullet bottarga, fish and crustaceans. It is also excellent with white meats and soft and semi-seasoned cheeses.
