The Pardula is a very well known and loved sweet from Sardinian tradition, which has an ancient origin. The Pardulas by Biscottificio Corronca are made from a combination of refined ingredients such as saffron and ricotta. Specially the ricotta is subjected to a strict selection, in order to guarantee the freshness, softness, taste and appearance of this much-loved pastry.
