The Fiuritti by Pastificio Artigianale Lu Rutigliu are a typical pasta from Gallura and they look like the tagliatelle. Durum wheat semolina from Sardinia, ground by stone, and water from the "Monti di Deu" give to the pasta a unique and unmistakable flavour. In addition, thanks to the bronze drawing, the Fiuritti have an extraordinary porosity that retains every type of sauce. The slow drying process at low temperature keeps unalterated the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the pasta.
